Vicki Bailey, Esq., joined the board of the PCD Foundation in 2013. She is married and has one adult daughter. Vicki has a B.A. in history from St. Olaf College and is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has also received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas
Vicki joined Securian Financial Group and Advantus Capital Management, Inc. in l985 where she worked in various positions until her retirement in 2016. She was a Vice President of Securian Financial Group and the Vice President, Investment Law and Chief Compliance Officer of Advantus Capital Management. She also served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Securian Funds Trust.
Vicki has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest and was a member of its Education Committee. Vicki served as a trustee of the American College of Investment Counsel. She also held various committee chairmanships and is a past president of the organization. She has served as a director of Personal Finance Company. She was also selected for membership in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
Vicki has been a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement and has been a volunteer in outreach programs in North Minneapolis for Convent of the Visitation School and Monastery for 20 years.
In 2012, Ms. Bailey was named one of the Twin Cities Outstanding Women in Finance.
